With over 15 years of culinary experience, Chef Marcus Laurent brings a unique blend of classical French technique and modern American innovation to every dish. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu and having worked in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, Marcus returned to his hometown to create Saveur.
