With over 15 years of culinary experience, Chef Marcus Laurent brings a unique blend of classical French technique and modern American innovation to every dish. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu and having worked in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, Marcus returned to his hometown to create Saveur.

His culinary philosophy emphasizes the natural flavors of premium ingredients, minimal manipulation, and maximum flavor. Marcus believes in building relationships with local farmers and producers to ensure every ingredient meets his exacting standards.
